but he couldn't afford it.

So instead of the LCD's and DVD player he got an old black and white 13" TV and a Betamax. Other things not shown in the video: the 44" Spinning hubcap covers from WalMart. Instead of Neon underlights, he just disconnected the blinkers so they hang down and drives with the hazards on. He couldn't afford Flowmasters so he took a couple old cans of Chock Full of Nuts, welded them together and made them into dual mufflers....
